In 2006, “Tradiciones” the authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant, with recipes from the antique haciendas was created. “Tradiciones” was designed and built to reflect the beauty of old town Mexico, with its colorful plaza, ceramic décor and refreshing water fountains.
