business industry. They have been bringing quality fresh food to the

for many years. It all started a long time ago, when Grandma
Vicky opened her first restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Then, in 1982,
Mike
Provenzano Sr. started a very successful “Super Mercado” in the rich
valleys of Southern California. And now in the twenty first century, the
authentic Mexican cuisine “Tradiciones” is born in Phoenix, Arizona.
