Our  signatures  Parrillada  Platters  are  a  combination  of  Mixed  Grilled  meats, Chicken, Shrimp and Vegetables cooked in our exposition  BBQ  over pecan and mesquite hardwoods.  Depending on the day you are here, you will find us cooking Turkeys, Goat, Rabbit, Beef Brisket, Beef Sirloin, Chicken and even Whole Roasted Suckling Pig on the Rotisserie.
